Chief Executive Officer
Dave Bennett's visionary approach to patient engagement, digital and mobile technologies, and IT integration ensure continuous innovation of the #1-KLAS ranked pCare platform and a company culture dedicated to delighting customers. Prior to joining pCare, Dave served in a variety of executive roles at ViiMed, GetWellNetwork and StayWell. Dave holds a CISM certificate from ISACA and is an active member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), The American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Chief Operations Officer
Pat Barilla manages pCare's day-to-day operations, leads the client services team and ensures the highest standards of customer service and quality. He works closely with clients to achieve operational improvements and strategic patient engagement goals. Prior to joining pCare, Pat was Director of Operations for Sears Holding Company.
Chief Financial Officer
John Orr develops and implements pCare's financial strategy and leads finance, legal, accounting and human resources functions. Before his time at pCare, John served as Chief Financial Officer at both Woodbury Health Products and Jobson Medical Information. John holds an MBA in finance and is a certified CPA.
Chief Technology Officer
Mark Cortina leads pCare's technology strategies and manages product and application research & development. His experience in patient-facing systems led to a successful launch of pCare's mobile strategy and seamless integration with hospitals' EHR systems. Prior to his time with pCare, Mark led Equator Technologies' IT enterprise development efforts.
Chief Performance Officer
Adam Koch ensures the quality of thousands of daily pCare interactions by overseeing the 24/7 call center, the on-site concierge team and the Patient Experience group. Adam has more than 10 years of operational experience in 200+ healthcare locations leading deployments of new technology. Before joining pCare, Adam served as a Principal at engineering consultancy firm Shen Milsom & Wilke designing technological solutions to improve the visitor experience in various buildings, including hospitals.
Chief Product Officer
Tim Vaughan leads software product strategy and new product development partnerships with clients while focusing on driving innovation on new digital patient engagement solutions. Tim joined pCare in 2019 through the acquisition of TruthPoint, where he was co-founder and CEO of the patient experience software. He has more than 25 years of software and SaaS-industry experience.
Vice President, Enterprise Solutions
Vinnie Whibbs partners with institutions across the nation to develop enterprise pCare solutions designed to produce meaningful clinical outcomes and return on investment. Vinnie has founded, grown and successfully sold two segment-leading healthcare technology companies (Efileshare and Marbella). Prior to his healthcare career, Vinnie was a US Naval Officer aboard USS Rushmore (LSD-47).
Chief Marketing Officer
Bob Abrahamson develops and executes pCare's marketing strategy to bring superior engagement solutions and a greater customer experience to pCare's clients and end users. Prior to joining pCare, Bob held leadership positions in Marketing and Product Management with SCIO Health Analytics, GetWellNetwork and StayWell.
Vice President Patient Experience
Monica Olaff serves as an executive liaison between hospital stakeholders and the pCare team to improve the patient experience. In her role, she leads a team of Patient Experience associates that work with hospital clients to identify priorities and suggests improvement initiatives by optimizing their interactive patient system. Before joining pCare, Monica spent over 15 years as Director of Patient Experience in two New Jersey health systems enabling her to see things through the lens of the patient and to advise stakeholders on best practices from firsthand experiences. Monica earned a BA in Communications from Monmouth University.
Vice President, TruthPoint Rounds
Becca Brady leads the TruthPoint Rounds business unit of pCare. In her role, Becca is responsible for helping clients improve staff efficiency, facility safety, and the patient experience through real-time data collection. Prior to pCare, Becca was responsible for client success at SCI Solutions, Marbella Technologies, and TogetherMD. Becca holds a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Auburn University.
