By strategically placing posters with QR codes throughout the waiting area of the COVID vaccine clinic, the Minneapolis VA was able to capture insights from over 3,000 Veterans and family members. Data capture on how Veterans learned about vaccine availability and the vaccination experience was used to improve delivery and efficiency in real time.
