We live in a digital world. Consumers across all groups are increasingly dependent on digital tools in managing their daily life. However, consumer use and experience with digital health technologies doesn’t necessarily track with life’s other use cases.
A recent HIMSS survey suggests a desire amongst consumers to expand both the breadth and depth of the use of digital health tools. This white paper will explore how leading health systems like Moffitt Cancer Center and Lakeland Regional Health are using consumer experiences and preferences to help define their strategies for implementing digital health solutions to better serve their patients and staff.
